Shockwave Therapy
This video covers my first physical therapy appointment after the PRP injection. We did some stretches, strength exercises, and some super painful shockwave therapy! This was filmed three weeks ago and since then I have been doing more and more therapy and slowly working my way back in the gym. Next episode will recap these last few weeks of recovery and I’m hoping to have it out early next week! As always hit the bell for notifications when new videos come out :)
